Welcome, what we're going to look at now is the case and job card in PrintVis Business Central. To access the case card you navigate to case management and click on the case that you like to view. In the case card across the top is our menu with options you have the ability to copy to a new case or a new quote the ability to view job costing a purchasing guide the invoicing guide any user fields which contain information required for the job or notes for producing the job you have the ability to change the status of the job any folders for the job which allow us to drop files or other artwork in them as needed for the customer. Any documents that have been created for the job such as the quote letter or job ticket and we can view the job ticket. There are additional options that are available for other features. The first section on the case card is the job is the case information section this section contains the information such as the customer that it's sold to any purchase order information from the customer the order type or product group the job name the quote number the order number, status code, who's responsible for it and the deadline of the current status. There are additional fields that are available by clicking show more in the upper right corner. When you do that you're able to select further information such as the eco label code if the job is a FSC or SFI or other environmentally certified job you have the ability to select that code here. You can link the job to a finished goods item if needed or a specific product configuration. We also have the ability to edit who the estimator is who the coordinator is if the job is rejected we can enter a rejection code as to why the job was rejected by the customer and we can assign it to a project if we want to group a grouping of cases together into a project for that. The next section on the case card is the jobs section where we have our quote line and our order line. Any quotes or variations of quotes will appear here as well as the order or protection order. We’ll go into that a little bit further when we talk about our intro to estimating. In the next section we have the case description in this field we have the ability to add notes for our job ticket that show up in production. We can select our department and enter in our internal note these notes will appear on the job ticket when the job ticket is produced. We also have the ability to make them bold or highlighted on the job ticket checking the box for bold. The final section on the case card is our invoicing section has the information for the bill to information as well as who is responsible in any project code that have been assigned above. To take a look at some of the other features on the case card we have our job costing which is tied to the shop floor and job cost journal it takes the estimation and compares it to any job costing that has been entered into the system which allows us to see how accurate our estimates are. We also have our purchase guide if there are any items on the job that need to be purchased such as paper or ink or cartons or any raw materials that list of items on the job will appear here and you have the ability to view the available on hand inventory, the quantity that is on order on PrintVis production orders and the quantity that's needed for this job we also have the ability to select the vendor and create a purchase from this screen. Invoicing guide will assist us in creating our invoices which we’ll do at a later date. The user fields are an area where we are able to add notes to our estimate; these notes do not appear on customer-facing information or on the job ticket.
